North Yarmouth Historical Society presents

Maine Lighthouses: Sights, Sounds, AND Tastes!

A family-friendly program with author-educator Gordon Corbett. Gordon will tell stories of his grandfather Willie, Maine lighthouse keeper and subject of Gordon's recent book, Keeper  of the Light.  A lightkeeper's job involved the whole family, was full of adventures and challenges, and was fun too--it included good food and music!

In that spirit, we will offer tasty snacks by a new local business, SeaFare--Seaweed for Healthy Living, as well as other mid-afternoon goodies, too. Finally, local musician Ryan Morrison will play Willie Corbett's fiddle for us.

Donations are welcome. A short NYHS annual meeting will precede the program. Be sure to put it on your calendar:

Sunday, March 8, 3 PM,  Fellowship Hall, North Yarmouth Congregational Church.
