Let’s Talk Food!

Cumberland Congregational Church

6:30 p.m. - 8:30 p.m.

Are you stuck on snack choices?

Do picky eaters have you stumped for meal choices?

Are you ready to make small changes to improve you and your family's eating habits?

Please join us as we talk about nutrition and ways to help our kids make healthy food choices. We all realize that healthy eating is important, especially for our growing children, but the reality is parents are busy, kids can be picky, and we don’t always have control over what our children choose to put in their mouths. In this open discussion we’ll touch on topics such as:

      Healthy eating on-the-go

Nutritious lunch, snack, (& dessert) options

      Shopping tips

Components of hearty, filling, satiating meals (to reduce sugar cravings!)

      Habits for your health

      Interpreting food labels

**Please bring your favorite weeknight meal or snack recipe!**
